The Chair of Environmental Ethics "Tatiana Pérez de Guzmán el Bueno Foundation - University of Alcalá" organized the First Congress of Ecoethics, “Values and commitments in environmental conservation”, which took place at the University of Alcalá, on the 19th and 20th October 2017. The main objective of the congress was to promote reflection on the values and motivations of environmental conservation and the commitments to which they give rise, in the management of companies and public bodies, as well as consumer habits.
The event was open to all professionals interested in the central themes of the congress, both humanistic and social disciplines, as well as biophysics. It was held in collaboration with the XI Congress of the Spanish Association of Bioethics and Medical Ethics, sharing the events on the 20th.
