The Chair's director publishes a balance of the agreements reached at COP26


The director of the Chair of Environmental Ethics, Mr. Emilio Chuvieco, publishes an article evaluating the results achieved at the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2021. He shares the generalized disappointment of experts and civil society organizations, which consider that the agreements adopted hardly tackle the root of the problem.

"Once again, the meetings of the conferences of the parties (COP) were more media noise than concrete and effective decisions to tackle the problem of climate change."
